Re: Garlic, Chilli Chicken Sagwalla
Farmfoods sell it in blocks, also try your local Indian Grocery but if you can't get any i would say about 2-3 tbsp chopped spinach.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks Alchemist for letting me choose this months curry! My choice is Garlic, Chilli Chicken Sagwalla . I love garlic, I love chilli and I love spinach so don't think I can go wrong with this one . I've tried to choose something slightly different to the norm, hope lots of people try it!

Re: Month 2 - Garlic, Chilli Chicken Sagwalla, by Uncle Fran
I forgot to get around to month 1 but i will do it soon, its impossible for me to forget to do month 2 because i have already,my mum loves spinache my dad loves garlic so i did it for them less the chilli, but i used sliced green birdseye chillis for myself,i used adeys first base and dipurajas mixed powder, if i was doing it again for myself i would cut down on the garlic but it was very nice.

Nice choice TT. I've asked a question on the Recip thread, as I can't see any reference to chicken in the recipe, apart from in the title!

Add the chicken when adding the green chilli and spinach, fresh or pre-cooked.

Yes mate I am, but it's down to your own preference. 2:1 Coriander:Cumin seems to be a popular choice though.
