Nice job! What recipe did you use for the samosas? What did you use for the wrappers?

cheers guys.. these were dead easy to make and tasted great. Also a lot less fiddly than using filo.

filling : potato, peas, onions, cumin seeds, mix powder, corriander, chilli
pastry :flour, veg oil, kaloonji and water
