Condensed milk (the thick, sweet, sickly stuff) or evaporated milk (the thinner, less sweet, much more milky, stuff)?

What quantity of condensed milk did you use SB ?

I've never tried using it, usually cream or evaporated milk.

Is that saffron I can see there ?

I used around 3 tbsp and it gave a really nice flavour, I might try it with condensed milk and cream, might give a nice complexity to the flavour, yes is Saffron.
