My take on a Korma, different enough that it is probably not technically a Korma anymore but delicious all the same

Yes, pomegranate seeds, I'm not usually a fan of creamy curries so I upped the spice level a bit and used chutney instead of sugar and added the pomegranate to give a bit more flavour
