An old chap from india curry

Ready and cooked, One for the freezer one for tonight, Non bir curry, I did have to add tsp of CA'a mix spice 2 and a tsp of kashmiri curry masala, Got to say its very tasty and simple,

Ok didnt think it would turn out as good as it did, It was lovely, After cooking the onions in oil until they broke up made a fair difference, This as the makings of a good base, After cooking this with a very lightly spiced mixture and fresh coriander i thought the onions and corriander went really well together, Blend it a bit i reckon would of been spot on, I will post this simple recipe so you can try it, You wont be disappointed,.Didnt manage the naan or rice, To much of a busy day, So excuse me for having chips Lol.

An "old chap" obviously means something quite different to you, than it does to me.
DEFINITELY would not put my old chap in a curry. Nor one from India come to think of it.
