South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken

This is the second time I've made this one, from CBMs volume 2 book and it's proving to be a winner every time. Made with snoopy's base and the special mix from CBM vol 2.

It's for Sunday, can't wait!

I'm very happy to have discovered this dish thanks to CBM. It's one of my favourites now. A MUST TRY!!!

I did an experiment today with it, as I felt it just needed a little lifting to move it closer to a perfect 10.

Used a small amount and added some lemon juice. It gave it a slight sharpness that really gave it an edge.
