Home made I presume or did Sam knock them up for you?

Meant to ask actually, what brand of tomato purée do you use?

Home made. :D
I don't use tomato purée when making curries, i use tinned plum tomatoes blitzed. Don't use the tinned chopped tomatoes.

I intend to use blended tinned plum tomatoes, but I'm concerned about how long a blended tin (covered of course) would last in the fridge, as I tend to have an average of 2 BIR curries a week at the moment. Shouldn't really be bothered about it much as I can get 3 tins for £1.

Which brand of plum tomatoes do you use Chris, may I ask?

I am using K.T.C Brand at the min but don't get hung up on brand.
Blend a tin up and freeze half, keep the other half in a plastic tub in the fridge for a week, or freeze in a ice cube tray.

It freezes well mate because of it's high water content.

Is there a video or a recipe for South Indian Garlic (Chicken?), please? Also, do you have a video or recipe for the Madras (and maybe for a Korma, Ceylon, Jalfrezi, Vindaloo and Phal?)?

If not, can you please post them?

Thanks, 8-)
