It's delayed posting, I cooked this 2 weekends ago. I've been studying hard lately and not finding a lot of time to pop in to forums :)

Well, Goncalo, it looks to me like that studying is definitely paying dividends my man - excellent stuff!

I'm positivley drooling here, the gloss on that dish is amazing, looks soooooo tasty. :mrgreen:

Looks very nice Goncalo. Bombay Aloo looks good. :yes: Got my spuds pre-cooking for my BA attempt tonight, along with my pan of Chewy's base done in my new pressure cooker on its final cook.

Looks great there Goncalo... Must try making Jalfrezi again soon.. it's been a long time. Tomorrow though I'll be trying to master Dopiaza.
