tikka ceylon + veg fried pilau
Tonight's tea was a chicken Ceylon, a dish I haven't seen outside of UK so far and I was dying to have again. Made using a mix of Stephen Lindsay's and CA's recipe for chicken ceylon and first time using Maggi Coconut Milk Powder as opposed to coconut flour, creamed block or tinned coconut milk and this seems like a good choice which I will likely use again. Overall very pleased with this meal.

I would not use that expression if you ever go back to Thailand rs,
"nom yum, in Thai, means "titty salad"
Mind you, I know of a few places where if that is what you asked for, you would probably get it
