Saturday Night Curries
Hi All,
For anyone that is interested here's what was on the menu last night at Bandit's humble abode
Poppadoms to start with followed by, from left to right Chicken Dopiaza HERE Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi HERE , Lamb Biryani HERE Vegetable Curry HERE and Nann Bread.
Chicken Dopiaza
Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi
Lamb Biryani
Vegetable Curry
All went down well without any complaints and it was one of those nights when when everything went to plan and all the curries were spot on.
I will post the recipes for anyone that is interested when I get the time, still trying to work through the curries on a typical BIR TA menu.
Cheers Bandit

Tasted great to, it was one of those occasions when everything went well and was spot on taste wise, the Mrs was impressed with the veg curry, lot of work but worth the effort and plenty left over for the following day
