Those naans look bang on the money to me Gary - which recipe / method of cooking did you use please ?.
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

I used my naan recipe, cooked on a non stick tava and then hit the top with a plumbing blowtorch.
