Looks very good Tabs - I love lamb but struggle to buy it here .

Which recipe did you follow please and how did you pre-cook the lamb too ?
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Hi Westy pre cooked lamb was Als kitchen
Ill post the Jal when i get home the base is one
Im working on further testing but im impressed at mo

Looking very very tasty tabs. Can't beat a jal.
Free poppadoms and pickles with orders over £15. Tuesday nights only before 6pm.

Looks delicious! I'm a British expat living in Oman and am dying for a decent curry... lamb jalfrezi is actually all I crave at the moment and yours looks perfect.
