This is the first time I have cooked this , its from the Glasgow Indian Takeaway using its base and pre-cooked Chicken etc. It tasted great but has far too much red colouring for me so will amend next time.

hi mate i make this curry fairly regular as its one of my wifes favourites i leave out the colouring completely,still pleasing on the eye and very tasty.....lagerlad

looks good, I think the colour is right for the "Scottish" take on Chasni, think over the years it has went more creamy compared to old style. I would eat it in a minute

Just noticed this after having made a chasni a couple of days ago. I thought that it always had cream in it right from when it was allegedly invented in Glasgow back in the late 70's/early 80's. Anyway, my take on it is here for those who wan to try the chasni experience.
