They look excellent - will have to give this a go. The crunchiness you describe is appealing and should exorcise my memories of squeaking paneer, which was not so good.
Free poppadoms and pickles with orders over £15. Tuesday nights only before 6pm.

Blade's tikka recipe - here you go Pete . Considered by many to be the best tikka recipe available - I love this !
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....
