Here's my latest couple of curries after having a few weeks away with no curries..

On the left Lamb Madras and on the right Lamb Pasanda. Both using the BIR curry base and CA's Madras recipe with HC's Pasanda recipe.
Both were delicious!

They both look gorgeous! Did they taste as good as they look?

I'm going to have my first crack at CA's base early next week and may also go for that madras .... so wish me luck :D
